No Bake Protein Bites

Are you rushing out each morning having no time to eat? We want to help make it easy for you to be well. So here is a perfect no bake snack ready to go when you are! Since they are no bake and no egg, have your little ones help you create.

Here is what you will need:

  • A large bowl, spatula, measuring cups and spoons
  • An airtight storage container for 18-24 cookies

Add ingredients to bowl:

  • 1 ¼ c. oats
  • ½ c. coconut
  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ c. dark chocolate chips
  • ½ c. raisins
  • 2 t. chia seeds
  • 2 t. flaxseed

Mix well. Form 1 to 1 ½ inch balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
