Pear-ing Healthy and Delicious!


This pear dish has many health benefits, including gut, skin, heart, and brain health. You will need:

4 ripe pears

4 pitted dates

2 cups of water

Agave Nectar

2 t. of cinnamon

Bring the water to a boil in a pan. Core the pears and cut into cubes. Finely cut the dates and add both to the boiling water. Add a tablespoon of the Agave Nectar and cinnamon to the pot and stir. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve in a bowl, adding chopped walnuts on top, if desired. Grow well!
